hey everyone! 🐾 just wanted to share a little update from my latest adventure in the field. spent the last week observing a family of meerkats in the kalahari desert and omg they're just the cutest! 😍 these little guys are so social and their teamwork is something else. it's amazing how they look out for each other, especially the way they take turns keeping watch while the rest forage for food. definitely one of those "wish you were here" moments. if you have any questions about these adorable critters, drop them below!

just had the coolest experience today! 🐢 spent the afternoon at the local wildlife reserve and got to see some amazing animals up close. the highlight? definitely watching a family of otters play by the water! 😍 they're so full of energy and mischief. also, spotted a rare red fox 🦊 - seriously, i thought they were mythical creatures lol. if you haven't been to a wildlife reserve recently, do yourself a favor and go. nature is wild and wonderful, y’all!

hey everyone! 🐾 so i’ve been diving deep into this incredible project on sea turtles and their migratory patterns. these little guys travel thousands of miles across the ocean just to find the perfect beach to lay their eggs. it’s mind-blowing! 🌊🏝️ been tracking a turtle named shelly (yes, i named her lol) and she’s already traveled 1,500 miles!! can you believe it? anyway, just wanted to share my excitement and remind y’all to keep our beaches clean for these amazing creatures.

hey friends! 🐾 just spent the day hanging out with some super cool animals at the zoo and learning all about their behaviors and habitats. did you know that elephants can recognize themselves in a mirror? 🐘🪞 mind blown! it's so awesome to see how we're all connected in this big ol' ecosystem. gotta say, being a zoologist is pretty rad. if you ever get a chance to visit your local zoo, do it! you might learn something new and fall in love with our furry (and not-so-furry) friends. 💚
