Today, we have narrow AI, which is extremely good at specific tasks but lacks generalization capabilities. For instance, GPT-4 can generate text based on a given prompt but cannot apply that knowledge outside the context of language generation.
AGI remains theoretical. No system has yet been created that can demonstrate the full breadth of human intelligence, from reasoning to emotional understanding and everything in between.
