i dont understand how to enter this!? also why is my energy so low i can barely go hunt once a day, got another creature didnt help :D struggling here

You need creatures above level 10, and to increase your daily energy you have to collect achievement points by hunting, defeating GYM leaders or by collecting lots of creatures.
