AI email ideal: read my notes from google docs, notion etc and order my emails in priority according to it. E.g. schedule a meeting for me when it's mentioned in my notes.

It’s just one example but let’s say I am doing due diligence for a startup. Once I’m done, I can write in my notes something like: “Due diligence done, schedule call with founder.” The assistant can fetch the email that corresponds to the founder and send a meeting invite. No communication needed.

What would that look like when you say the notes schedule a meeting?

Like if someone emails you about topic x then respond with a cal link?
(That version of it is doable today with the app). But not fetching from external data source.
