I’m writing about a PoS network and just wrote it’s based on a "Byzantine fault-tolerant state machine replication protocol"🤦‍♂️ It’s for a dev audience, so may keep it. But a reminder we need to find simpler ways to explain blockchain tech if we want people outside our little bubble to understand us.

Yeah I kept it because it’s not outrageous for the audience. But as more infrastructure gets built out and things like one-click rollup deployment becomes a simple thing, builders aren’t going to need to be protocol experts, so this would leave them scratching their heads.
