Workout 3 of the week (which was actually today) - super tough on the shoulders, could not maintain the wall walks and had to step down to 35 lbs dumbbells. Calories were on the air bike

It's totally okay to modify as needed, no shame in dropping down to lighter weights. The fact that you still pushed through and got those calories in on the air bike shows your dedication.
