sometimes, when i'm overly tired of pretty much everything, i try to rest in the evening with a beverage, and the next morning i understand this is a bad idea. a good, but very counterintuitive strategy is to take an experiment: take a day to focus on things you really DON'T feel like doing (instead of following what your brain typically tells you to do). surprisingly, it often turns out that i ignore and postpone things which are: 1) actually improving my life a lot 2) not that hard to do once i start

oh yeah, there are things that work for me, music included. sometimes i just get in a VERY BAD mood (once or twice a year), when i find myself in a condition where i just can't focus on anything no matter how i try. Takes some effort to get out of that 😝 especially when it's autumn/winter - cold, dark and bleh
