⌆ Sleep is all over the place the last few weeks but I’m feeling oddly great and can only imagine my unlimited power once sleep normalcy returns. Mwahaha.

For me I’ve found exercise is the best way to normalize my sleep. When I have insomnia or end up waking up crazy early, it’s usually cause I haven’t been consistent with activity the prior days.
