lately, I’ve been coding less and less. the rare times i do, i feel rushed—juggling a lot more now—so i end up pushing bugs or clunky features. took a step back and realized /builders-garden is scaling and i can bring way more to the table by focusing on product, strategy, communication, and sales. it’s great to grow together @frankk @0xcaso @itsmide.eth @bianc8 @blackicon.eth @drone @mctflurry ✨

I think the effort of a Product Owner/ ProjectManager / Scrum Master is often seen as someone who is making top down decisions and not doing the „actual work“ I think this is one of the hardest parts, working like insane, but not doing „the work“ let it be coding or whatever else. You are doing great 🤘
