Ok I don't quite know how to explain this, but we need to fork/expand this to include unglish sentences - where all the words are english, but the collective sentence is unglish. 

Examples are German-speakers who say English sentences like: 
"tonight we make party"
"i have hangover"
"we don't can do that"

Tonight, a musician said “this audience smells like the first time I opened my mother’s 2008 MacBook”

For me, this has now replaced Noam Chomsky’s “Colourless green ideas sleep furiously.”

I don’t even think grammatical purity tests are where that stops, though. For example, witness these grammatically neutral but meaningless sentences:

Product Designer and professional tinkerer.

Known for the everywhere.computer (/ec), /unglish (unglish.co.uk), the /secure-design WG, WalletUncon, Causal Islands + drumming in all-genre power trios.
