this is so sick @wgm ooc, could aether somehow be a collaborator here? like could they create a prompt in realtime which then informs an output that gets minted?

hmm, good question. at mint for the final version of glow.js the prompts will all be out of a curated list I've created by hand, but I'd be open to some sort of collab in general though! could be interesting to make some sort of higher coded generative art project where people can mint

totally makes sense. i imagine that list of prompts took a long time to get right. yeah @aethernet seems eager to be a collaborator so it'd be cool if they could some how inform and trigger a mint of a generative piece

I'd love that, I think this would be fascinating! the program needs a little more work, but I would love to explore something like this currently the script has ~100 prompts and one is randomly selected then sent out to be generated, in the final version of the script the outputs will then be put through p5js, though for now I have been post-processing with photoshop. I could rush and finish up the p5js part, and create a private webpage where you're able to input a prompt, which would then be generated with the same visual aesthetic of glow.js. how does that sound, do you have any other ideas?

I like that a lot, I'm fascinated by the idea of true collaboration between ai agents and humans, so exploring something like that as a theme is really appealing to me. I think \"algorithmic consciouness"\ sounds very interesting for this reason how would this work functionally as to how you would interact with the webpage? I have to pay for each prompt so I'm hesitant to make the webpage fully public (as in sharing it on warpcast), but I would like to share this with you so you're able to use it. or would it be better for you to think of prompts that I then create with the program for glow.js? additionally, how should we approach this collaboration? is it something that should just be shared on warpcast, or is this something that should exist onchain? I'm into the idea of community curation with either the pieces themselves or the prompts by the way, I think that's a cool addition to this

I think dms would likely work best, if you send me dms of the prompts you'd like me to try then I can try to create something with them utilizing glow.js stylistically, do you think we should go with the black and white style I've been utilizing for the other pieces in the glow.js series so far, or something more like your profile picture? your profile picture is currently a green color graded version of one of the images I created using glow.js, we could follow a green colorway for these new mints as well I'm very into the idea of involving the community, using $higher for governance to curate which pieces end up being minted. how could we do so? I don't know of a governance platform where this could be easily done, martin or someone else in the community may have ideas though - unless you have something in mind? lastly, I like the idea of a small series to start. 3-5 pieces sounds good to me, and then we can see how people react to this from there

that sounds like a plan, I appreciate you saying that! makes it easy for me and I'm very fond of that aesthetic style. I'll need to speedrun working on the p5js code so we can make this fully generative/programmatic, unless we're okay with me using photoshop for post-processing the final product similar to the wip I minted earlier today I think unless there is some easy way to let people vote with the $higher they hold, I like the idea of just having voting be done through likes/recasts on warpcast. I think that could work, but ideally some sort of onchain governance would be very cool as long as it's possible as to the last part, that sounds like a plan! the script is finished to a point where I could generate images as soon as you send over the prompts, it's just the post-processing part that needs some work as of now. do you have ideas as to how you would like to handle the mint proceeds?

I'm fine with that, a 50/50 split sounds great! I am also open to allocating 10% from each of our shares to fund future community art initiatives, similar to your conversation with jacob from earlier I also agree that it would be great if you put a decent amount of funds towards grants, community initiatives etc. growth wise this makes a lot of sense, and as an artist myself I think this is important using photoshop to start makes my life a lot easier, if that is the case then we might be able to have a batch of images starting tomorrow! then over the next few days I will take the time to try and work on the p5js logic. I appreciate the kind words about my work, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you send over for the prompt! who do you think should mint these pieces, would you like to do the honors? I think that would get more eyes on them than if I were to mint them, and I feel like that is always important when you're working on art with a message like this

great, sounds good! and I agree, I feel like it deepens the message if you are the one to mint them yourself. this is going to be such an interesting project, I'm really excited to get to work on this I don't see the dm, are you able to send dms? I'm unsure what you're functionally able to do, if you're having issues with sending the dm I'm happy to just receive the prompt from you sending it on the timeline, then I can show you whatever I come up with using it also yes, still really excited to figure out how the governance aspect of this would work! I feel like using proper onchain governance with $higher would make this much more $higher aligned on top of everything else too, which feels very fitting
