The Alec Baldwin scene from Glengarry Glen Ross always comes to mind. Also “Charlie don’t surf” from Apocalypse Now.

One of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite movies - Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai. Ghost Dog’s friend Isaac shows him this guy who’s building a wooden boat on top of a building in New York City (I think).
