Hygiene is def an issue - I once went for a haircut in Bangalore and the barber shop was full so they took me to the tattoo place next door and cut my hair in one of the tattoo chairs. Seemed kinda wrong.

The thing is that tattoo prices vary over the countries. Ex: I’ve paid 250 usd for 13 tattoos in the US and the same 250 usd for 4 tattoos in Brazil. They’d be worth 2 tattoos in Peru. 

Hygiene is also a question.
