I’m a wary when it’s “just” something because it usually means it’s “just” that:

- it’s just a few lines of code
- it’s just a small change
- it’s just for a few days
- I just need to put it together 
- i just need to do it 
- I just need to do this one last thing before I go to bed

Ex-coworker (older guy) tells the story of when he was working for an elevator manufacturer. One day the CEO calls him in saying he wants to start making railroad cars. The ex-coworker says something along the lines of “those are vastly different products” and the CEO dismisses his point by saying “one goes this way” (motions up and down) “and one goes this way” (motions side to side)
