I've been to neither but I'm dying to see both and I can't say enough about the quality of this writing and the wonderful perspective on both works by the writer. It's one of the best examples from this year so far that I can think of quality middle-brow arts writing.

By that I mean it digs deep but no grad school required to pick up what's being put down. Don't get me wrong I love a good artist statement from Contemporary Art Daily but I think we need more serious arts writing that doesn't require a graduate degree to pick up what's being put down.
