I do both.

I usually speculate with a tiny amount, hoping to catch a rocket like $safemoon early, but 98% of my networth is in BTC since 2017.

Haven't sold any, sadly didn't buy enough during the dips.

80% of my global net worth is in real estate actually. I have very little ETFs/stocks.
