Saw that location displays TBA, is there a feature put in place so as soon as a location is chosen and updated we that are on the waitlist would automatically get updated?

no but if you're accepted to the event you get a direct cast from @event bot! soon I'll be releasing an update that notifies you about events you're going to that change location as well.
