I thought about this earlier and it's kind of like tipping @perl twice. You tip them on the post and if you lose the bets than you've lost it to the house. I assume with the moving line it's to help the house, especially now that it's backed by degen which gives it liquidity. I could be wrong and am maybe misunderstand
