Did you convert some ham to tn100x? If you convert before you are done tipping it nerfs your allowance for a day. It's to keep people from cashing out their allowance every day.

If you convert but don't use all of your allo it sees it as you converting your allowance. I've seen that a few times. Either way it'll likely be fixed tomorrow.
