I had a request to 3-D print this X-wing so instead of printing it in one piece and painting it, I printed it in various colors and assembled it like a model. Most of my prints are like this because I think they look better and I’m just an average painter.

Same here. I used to do models but now I print my own (and it's a lot of fun printing them)
