Lol for sure, and I think if you looked at it empirically, the top casters are usually the people putting out the best most consistent content in a channel.

I came here to say this. Even though I usually sort by Recent the top casters usually have the best quality content.

Absolutely. And it used to be the best way to find people to follow in a particular channel. If you have a niche interest, you would follow the top casters of that channel. 

But, it is what it is. We'll see how the quality of feeds change, if at all. Maybe it was just a label that had no extra power behind it? IDK
