It sounds ridiculous, but I'm always hungry. I get up hungry from the table, at work I'm always munching on something. You can't imagine what a bag of food I carry in the morning, I can barely get home in the evening for dinner. I'm constantly cooking and shopping. Grocery shopping takes up 80% of my budget. I think about food all the time. I'm even ashamed to go to a restaurant with a man because I get up hungry from the table. I was checked and worked with a psychologist, everything is fine, all the tests are excellent, the psychologist also sees nothing critical. The funny thing is, I'm not gaining weight. That is, I eat about 3000 calories, it seems to me, and I weigh for three years 53 kg at a height of 169 cm.
