People are lazy, which is why text-based content doesn’t work as well.

Even though there are a billion plus blogs and around 4 million podcasts, people spend more than triple the time each day listening to podcasts over reading articles.

And it’s even crazier with videos. People spend more than 9 times a day consuming video over text.

You may like reading, and I do, but the majority of people prefer watching and listening.

Creating text-based content is required to do well online, but a large chunk of your content production should involve video and podcasts.
