Who coined Web3?

In 2014, Gavin Wood, a co-founder of Ethereum and the creator of Polkadot, coined the term "Web3" and described it as a decentralised online ecosystem driven by blockchain technology ( in simple words as an internet where power goes to to users not companies and blockchain is the tool that allows that)
