Who is in control of your life? Bad habits can be in control - or start to control you. Spoiler - I consider myself an alcoholic, not the kind who pisses under the fence. And one who missed opportunities for the sake of attachments, but I made a choice to take control. Harmful habits are not just actions, but potential addictions. And even if it feels like you're in control of them, it's important to take an honest assessment: who's really in control? Each of these habits does its own damage, and controlling them requires willpower and constant choice. The decision must be a conscious one: You are the master of your life! Or are habits slowly but surely taking over? To truly live freely, it is important to deal with what is controlling you. Your personal choices or your attachments. This doesn't just apply to “substances”. Do you think you can actually control these habits? Share your opinion in the comments!
