Day 19

I slept almost 12h
As I said I ho hour by hour so this counts a lot of work already done! 😅
I went out to buy groceries, played with Penny, ate something, did a little font design, fixed my phone and the most important and amazing thing:
I talked with Burr which was... Magical! (the only word that can describe it)
I was a bit nervous about my speaking English but she's so cool that I felt at home and so comfortable...
You don't know how grateful I am...
I'm full of energy, full of good feelings and love
I wanna hug everyone

Day 20

Wow this is amazing 
I'm sleeping better, I'm communicating with new friends which is really good
I'm so happy that I have found amazing people here who not just help me but make me feel hopeful...
Burr's poker is just the best thing that helps me not think about smoking
And my focus is better
In my call with Burr, it hit me that I'm overthinking things a lot
Which I think if I was still smoking I wouldn't have realised it sooner
I can't be more grateful 
I'm gonna continue my journey and I hope you're there with me
