It's a diverse dish, I think. Blending Japanese and Korean flavors with Wagyu traditionally served in Japan and kimchi in Korea. 

We didn't go to a Korean or Japanese restaurant; they serve global cuisines.

Honestly, I think this is the first time I've seen it.
Since it's kimchi, is it Korean food?👀
