It's really sad to see. But tbh we just need to get the crypto part out of the way of the user so only the devs are left to deal with it (and maybe not even them) - like in web2. If a non technical person needed to deal with http, ssl, smtp and ftp all day long, most wouldn't understand anything either.

I feel good listening to the pods you guys produce. So thank you for taking this path. Didn't know what I missed listening exclusively to bankless until I discovered the huge buffets of pods you serve. Love that there is specialised stuff from trad macro to blockchain tech. And all in good detail.

If Farcaster plays out to its fullest potential I would assume different clients will find different solutions for filtering that spam for there users. And you can chose the client that aligns best with the experience you want to have. At least that's the potential I see in an open protocol.

It is always great to listen to you on pods, because you are not taking for granted that you are a genius. Always refreshing for a pretty newish guy to the space (early 2021) to listen to the veterans that are still super down to earth and genuinely eager to help others and keep learning themselves.

Always have your special small corner of the internet is a great feature I also see in this app and the channels. I am pretty new here, but it feels so much higher quality than conversations on X.

That makes total sense. Entitlement is huge in the space right now. I see it more with airdrops. But this unfortunately fits very well into the picture. Make sure to protect yourself against this. I get it. auditing fees are expensive. Just yesterday talked to a startup about this. But that is for the startup to handle

Mainly transparency. And probably enough funding for the team to keep building for a good while. I don't see why so many people feel entitled to free money and don't accept that the people building a good product also get a fat cut for their hard work.
