"I drink multiple cups of coffee per day because it helps me stay focused". No, daily use of caffeine doesn't make you focused compared to baseline. You're just addicted to and have a dependency on it. Caffeine is the most overrated and misunderstood molecule in the world.

Tea and coffee are the same - it's about the caffeine molecule. Not my opinion. See Rolland Griffiths' work. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3777290/

tea and coffee are not the same. a molecule means nothing without its context I have experimented with this for over a decade and the feeling is markedly different. Granted, in a world that is far weighted toward quantitative vs qualitative, this is just a comment on a post, but our bodies are a locus of truth
