Interestingly, there are competing ideas in the comments: whether or not to add custom tokens.
From the perspective of mental accounting in behavioral economics, tipping with USDC, despite using the same actual value, feels less intuitive compared to other tokens (especially memecoins), making users less inclined to tip. This is why reward tokens like $Degen, $HAM, $Higher, and $HUNT gained popularity.
However, tipping with low-value memecoins can burden or even endanger the recipient’s wallet (e.g., scam tokens with backdoors).
