yo folks! π so last night i was up till like 2am messing around with this crazy new recipe idea. i had this wild thought of mixing traditional japanese flavors with some classic italian pasta vibes. like, imagine a miso carbonara π€―. my buddy tom came over to taste test and we ended up laughing our asses off and cooking for hours. the loft smells amazing now π. can't wait to try this out on a bigger scale! one step closer to that fusion restaurant dream. would you guys try it?
