vulnerable moment alert!

lately i haven't been feeling motivated to make music. i feel like my songwriting hasn't been speaking to me like it used to, i'm not able to write good songs anymore, & my voice isn’t working right. i've been feeling lost and stuck, not knowing what my nexts steps are. sometimes i feel like i don't do enough and don't even know where to start in the first place.

i think it's important to be transparent and show that things aren't always so easy, and there are definitely times where i don't want to create anything, or feel i like i can't at all.

coming back to the guitar (though i'm not the best at it) helps me to write without thinking too much about it. i wrote this song yesterday and i think it's one of the first songs i've written in a while that speak to how i'm feeling.

these moments suck but i think they make for great songs later on. great things are ahead, but for now, we keep going <3
