Base Around the World and here we are. Vietnam has a huge potential of builders but we dont have so much organic active builders on @base. 
With a mission to bring 98+M Vietnamese people onchain, along with Base Around the World Buildathon, /base-vietnamese hosted a Hack Day to increase awareness of people about Blockchain, encourage builders to join and build on @base and bring more people onchain starting by creating basenames, brainstormings to support builders idea banks.
