i donate blood every 6 months partially to decrease my pfas levels (i hope it works, but also if it doesn't i'm ok)

The headline isn't an exaggeration. They analyzed 52 cadaver brains over a decade. Plastics increased 50%, and the avg amount in each brain was 7g. 😐
