Lol, no mention of the 0.01 ETH fee to deploy a contract or the 2.5% fee on every token mint anywhere on the page? Had to put that behind a ToS?

I’d go with free contract deployment + lower fee on mint. But the bigger thing is being transparent about it. TOS !== pricing page.

☝️ exactly this, I'm sick of people who get *free" and "fully open-source* software under MIT license and complain about fees smh

That’s not the critique though, it’s that the fees are obfuscated

they are clear enough. they are literally in the terms of service that only has 3 points. if someone users the service without reading such short tos, then they don't care about the fees anyway. if they don't want fees, they can deploy their own erc20 or memecoins.science. it's all fair play.

Bruh, even if this is not intentionally misleading, it's still very misleading. I'm not saying I know that you specifically went out of your way to trick people into thinking there's no fees, but IMO that sort of thing should be more up-front. Personally, I don't expect people to click into a site's ToS at all.
