is the service currently down?

I haven't been able to connect to the Hub (maybe a problem on my side), but the Grafana Dashboard also shows the Hub stopped processing a while ago

just restarted, and it seems to be working well

i guess out-of-the-box hubble can't restart itself when installed with the one command install from the docs?

i think free alchemy sub should be enough?

so the error appears to be free alchemy sub not being enough to support a hub (getting 429 errors) — this basically means that the hub needs to wait (or try again) until it works

iirc the retry is at 5 times in the docker config, probably need to increase it to like 50 and retries should follow increasing timeout

my understanding: there's automatic restart when unexpected errors escape the error catching, but also a max restart limit to avoid malfunctioning Hubs from polluting the network indefinitely.

Logs should show the cause of death. Suspect it's repeated until it hits the max.
