We are already talking about resolving your issue,  but here is more details for others... 

1. the system was set up to send automated messages to your followers on behalf of @warpcastadmin.eth account.

2. We have never received a request to cancel a continuous send. Most of the sends understand the risk and reward for the campaigns. 

3. However, we are looking into cancelling the send but it is impacting other sends from other clients. So, we need to make sure we don't penalize other clients.

4. This is all related to our free tool @percs .

Just like you are away from the computer, a lot of our team members are also spending time with their families over the weekend.

fyi: the only reason i had to respond publicly is due to other people publicly calling me out and blocking, not allowing to explain the situation

I'm defending my team that is prioritizing our new product @basketdotfarm over @percs for a couple of weeks.

Not trying to be aggressive. Only trying to share the internal discussions and why it's a little harder to prioritize your requests. 

Regarding death threats, sorry to hear that. Didn't mean to put you in a tough spot. Please start with this next time.
