so i was getting a simple prescription med from a local pharmacy when the pharmacist asked me about what i take

multivitamins, ag1, ashwagandha, l-theanin, b12, b6 sometimes, d3

and then they asked why

wtf how do you even respond to this?

with links? data? research?

but it was all verbal

Maybe I'm too harsh but tbh I'd just respond that if you have to ask why maybe you should not practice medicine
