I was able to claim all but three tickets before the second DDOS issue. Is there a way you can confirm and possibly get my other three tickets claimed.

I was able to claim the other three tickets. Can you confirm I have a total of 23 tickets and not just 3 please. I’m concerned with the frame issues and I can’t seem to find out where it would tell me how many were claimed
