i work out 3 times a week and every time i'm in gym it's leg day i never get soreness in my legs and i get every set to 1-2 reps to failure

my mealplan: blog.borodutch.com/ai-chef-designs-my-vegan-meal-plan i'm doing 225lb squat 3x5 and 245lb deadlift 3x5, three times a week every week (except every 4th-6th week) i'm increasing the weight by 5lb my legs have never grown so fast
