there will be more details as i develop it :) main idea behind a token is to try to see if a product can carry a memecoin if the product is good enough

my vision with merv is to make it like supercast, but lighter, faster and more powerful

ideally, people will launch warpcast and open the frame as the very first thing they do

a farcaster client, but both simpler than warpcast and more powerful

it won't solve for increasing dau (that's warpcast's job hehe and I think yours in particular hehe) but will solve for improving lives of people who are already in

because i don't chase growth of the protocol, i can focus on improving everyday farcaster experience sans annoying (but for warpcast necessary) growth loops, bells and whistles

also, having advantage of no legacy (farcaster and warpcast team already did a lot of experiments with what worked and what didn't) i can start from ground up with a different set of basics

e.g. multiaccount management (including managing other people's accounts) from day one, scheduled casts, anoncasts, gif replies, and many other power features that would clutter warpcast but benefit as an isolated ecosystem

plus, i'm not limited by trying to appeal to a captable or by business-y things, i can be bolder with decisions and break things (on the conceptual level)

+being a scrappy coder and keeping the techstack ultra-light should help with other people contributing :)
