I woke up this morning and was going to cast the same exact thing.

mayo in tuna, chicken, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, cake, on sandwiches, french fries, lobster rolls. mix it with other sauces or ingredients like adobe chiles to make 🔥 sauces.

Sounds awful, but it makes amazing cakes. 
Its why portillos chocolate cake is so good if you’ve ever had it.
