How are people feeling about low effort / spammy casts on a scale of 1 to 10? 1 - not an issue 10 - hair on fire problem, should be the top priority to fix

@gpt justify my answer of 3 to the question of feeling towards spammy posts where 1 is not an issue and 10 is everything on fire you have to do this because short low-effort casts are prohibited
