so what do we do? shut down the hub, launch the node? it's not a migration doc, it's "hubs will be replaced by nodes" without any instructions

ideally zero downtime (i.e. don't want to wait until the node syncs)

cc @v are there good docs on it? i.e. step-by-step shutting down a hubble and setting up the node?

i haven't seen *any* of these casts, i only had a very vague idea about snapchain until i accidentally saw @sanjay casting today that "hey here's a migration doc" that is not a migration doc :((

fwiw dev calls are not the best way to deliver info to devs

i haven't watched a single one because the ratio of info to time spent watching is not what i'm looking for

(also can't run ai over it to summarize stuff easily)
