I like both Bombas and believe it or not Uniqlo (which do have a shorter life)

uniqlo don't seem to have any socks that fit me well :( always too long for the feet

I could see that. I know bombas has the DTC sort of vibe (imo) that made me distrust them at first, but after receiving some as gifts I really was impressed. 

I also have a ton of Nike running socks I like but only the specialty ones, and those aren't actually that comfy for everyday/walking around use
