actors that are capable of making this happen (or making it not happen) will all suffer losses in case this is enacted

the most we'll see is white house cryptographically signing videos :) and that's done with the most basic hashing and crypto algs

I think that proving humanness and attesting to the legitimacy of information is extremely important, especially in the age of AI 

It’s a layer of the internet stack that’ll eventually come and I hope Ethereum has a large role in it
