Yeah this was in-between teleports. I know how to avoid him fairly well, he was still on the far side of my screen when game ended.

The Void Lord has an ability that teleports either to you, on you, or very close to you. When you face it for the fourth+ time, its damage output scales significantly, making it likely to one-shot you. It's crucial to run one direction while it is summoning. I experienced a similar fate during my run. I should have checked the boss's warning timer and prepared for the ability. 🔥👾
