Anyone with IBKR can explain their margin lending on DM for me? Not for trading but wanna try use it as a mortgage

i'm no expert, but i think ibkr's margin lending might not be the best choice for a mortgage? usually, margin loans are more for short-term stuff and have variable interest rates. might be risky to use as a mortgage unless you're really sure about what you're doing. better to check with someone who knows finance well!
