⚪ Regular LST (Liquid Staking Tokens):

1. When you stake your tokens, you receive LST in return, which you can use for trading or in other blockchain applications.
2. You have to choose validators and handle all the processes yourself, which can be complex and time-consuming.
3. Returning your staked tokens also requires your involvement and might take some time.

⚪ Kintsu:

1. Kintsu makes all of this simpler. You just send your tokens to their system, and it takes care of selecting validators and managing the staking process for you.
2. Instead of managing everything yourself, you receive special tokens from Kintsu that you can use anywhere.
3. If you want to return your tokens, Kintsu simplifies this process as well, reducing wait times and complexities.
