CapCut is quick & easy, but never really liked it 🤷♂️ (might also be worth checking privacy policy) Premiere pro gives more control, but can be expensive if you don’t already use Adobe Either way, you can design templates so you can apply the caption formatting to all subsequent videos too

Oh you can also use descript, depending on the resolution output, the free version might be good enough for you
